A Chef's Journey

My journey to Kake By The Pound

I began baking at an early age in the kitchen with my mother as a child. I always looked forward to Sunday dinners. We began preparing homemade rolls.

As an adult I realized that baking was my passion as I looked forward to the holiday season where I would bake different varieties of cakes. I decided that I needed to have my gift for baking enhanced so I attended The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill.

From there I continued to bake for family and friends. Through word of mouth I began to get customers from all over, and that is where Kake By The Pound was born.

Baking and satisfying others is self gratifying for me. God has blessed me with this gift to share with the world, and I would love for you to have a piece of it.
